Sr. Project Manager to actively manage multiple client projects throughout all phases of project implementations, launch and optimization. The primary responsibility of project management includes scope definition/refinement, project documentation, and the general project management of both the client and internal teams. Additional functions of this role include technical solution definition, internal resource planning and management, client management and communications.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY
* Proactively manage all steps and work streams of a project and ensuring final deliverable provided to client is of the highest quality.
* Effectively manage technical and non-technical Work streams, and coordinate colleagues and counterparts
* Build successful relationships in Mall Networks as well as with external vendors/partners.
* Understand and manage projects to control costs and ensure timelines are met.
* Facilitate a team of appropriate individuals to staff projects.
* Communicate with the team on a regular basis to ensure project quality and adherence to specifications and timeline.
* Communicate consistently with clients on behalf of Account Manager/Executive to implement project phases, inform client of progress and to answer questions related to the project.
* Must be highly responsive and anticipate possible solutions to project-related problems / challenges.
* Assure all internal processes associated with a project are adhered to inclusive of paperwork, internal communication and scheduling.

EDUCATIONAL / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 5 years successful project management with a track record of project implementations.
* Highly technical background with expertise in internet technologies including Exchange 2007 to 2010, Outlook deployment, Web Services architecture and application, Internet security, LAMP and multiple reporting packages.
* Experience in the retail banking, payments and/or financial services industries is highly valued.
* Capable of independently managing the execution of implementation projects and interfacing effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
* Must be exceptional at multitasking and prioritizing various project-related tasks.
* Must demonstrate leadership skills, team-building skills, and the ability to motivate others (including colleagues who do not report directly to you).
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization as well as external clients.
* Dedicated to working hard as part of a dynamic group and as part of a team dedicated to success.
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, MS Project, Excel, and Word.
* Ability to work on multiple projects across different levels.

1 Opening for Managed Services - Solution Architect – Reference Number 0731-01

The Managed Services Solutions Architect will mentor sales executives on the DATA CLOUD GROUP Technologies Managed Services practice. The Managed Services Solution Architect will be required to contribute to coaching conversations and develop individual sales plans for the existing sales forces. The individual works with local Sales Managers, Service Managers, non-Managed Services Solution Architects and the sales force, to qualify and close, Managed Service opportunities with our clients. To accomplish this, the Solution Architects must understand a client*s overall business and apply technical concepts effectively to help them achieve their goals. As a key technical resource for the Sales and Services Team, the Solution Architects must clearly understand DATA CLOUD GROUP’s Managed Services offerings and contract based annuity business.
The Solution Architects will develop technical strategies and architectures for new services, participates in sales presentations and identify additional product/services opportunities in the customer’s organization. As such the Solution Architect is viewed by customers and peers as a technology leader in DATA CLOUD GROUP Technology*s Managed Services practice.

The Managed Services Solution Architect must be able to:
Establish, build and expand relationships with existing and potential customers at multiple levels in the organization.
Learn and articulate the entire DATA CLOUD GROUP Technologies Managed Service suite.
Identify customer needs and work with the Managed Service teams to create appropriate solutions.
Ensure revenue attainment to support the sales quota.
Complete weekly and monthly forecasting and pipeline reporting.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
4 year degree with 5+ years selling experience in the IT space.
A full understanding of remote/managed services models.
Prior experience with a Managed Service provider is desirable.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skill set.
Superior track record in previous sales positions within service/managed service organization.
Experience with Hosted Solutions a plus!
30% Travel is anticipated.

Compensations:
Base salary plus a quarterly commission based on attainment and customer satisfaction
